Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours prior. we request the same consideration and require our guests to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. ZOKU reserves the right to charge anyone who does not give sufficient notice of cancellation or "no-shows" a 50% service charge.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your schedule appointment to allow time for check in. If you arrive late, you will not receive the full spa experience as your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
Refrain from cell phone usage in the spa. If you need to keep your phone on, please turn it on silent mode.
Shaving is not recommended before a body treatment or mens facial. If you choose to shave, please do so at least 5 hours before service.
Please notify a spa receptionist or Esthetician before treatment if you are pregnant, breast feeding, have allergies, high blood pressure, physical ailments, disabilities, and/or medication that may interfere with your service.
Please respect the peace and serenity of THE STUDIO and arrange childcare when planning your visit. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa area unless a treatment if being received. |
